We are now seeking reader submissions for publication in the latter part of 2011. If you have something unusual, different, clever or just plain gorgeous to share with other readers then we want to hear from you!
Unlike other magazines, our reader submissions are treated with the same respect as regular articles, and given a whole page of coverage to themselves. Full details are to be found on our website here.
We prefer to receive submissions by email (cs@traplet.com). We can accept postal submissions but if you are selected you need to be able to supply text electronically.
If you do submit please give us at least two weeks to respond to your message, as we are very busy at the moment following the Christmas break and the disruption to staffing caused by all that snow!

Inspired by Craft Stamper
Do you enjoy seeing other people's interpretations of projects from Craft Stamper? I know I do and if you are the same way inclined, do pop over and have a look at a blog called Craft Stamping Quartet.
Via this blog, four friends craft together, choosing a project from Craft Stamper as their inspiration each month. The artwork produced is lovely and it's interesting to see the different approach each artists takes to the challenges.
Enjoy!

Annette again

Well, Annette has been in touch with me again this week as she has made the most gorgeous project inspired by Helen Chilton's masterclass from the latest issue. Isn't it lush?
I've just shown you the front here - pop over to Annette's brand new blog for more images of the inside and back.
Thank you for sharing Annette :).

Talented readers!
I hope you enjoyed Liesbeth Fidder's tutorial in our latest issue? Well reader Janet certainly did! She's created a lovely card using the techniques in the magazine which you can see on her blog here.
Thank you for getting in touch to share your project Janet!

Lovely reader artwork
Today I'd like to share with you a delightful ATC project sent to me by one of our very talented readers - Annette Goatley.
Annette's make was inspired by Kate Crane's ' Artist Trading Card Trio ' project and she has made use of her February free stamp already as you can see!
Thank your for sharing Annette; gorgeous work.

A reader card

Isn't this card from Emma Harrison so pretty? Here's what Emma said in her letter to me:
"I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the Crafty Individuals stamps that I won...I've admired their stamps for a long time but never quite been brave enough to jump in and use them...I hope you like my first attempt at making a card with them."
I think you certainly did the stamps justice! Your card now sits on my wall with the rest of my lovely collection :).

Dragonflies
Check out these absolutely stunning cards made with the free Dragonfly stamp designed by Kay Carley, on Lesley's Blog.
I am sure you will agree they are gorgeous, and so delicate looking.
If you've got a dragonfly creation to share, leave a comment with a link :).

A little bird...
I know lots of you are loving Swirly Bird who was on the cover of this issue of Craft Stamper (designed for us by Hels Sheridan for the Artistic Stamper). So I thought you'd like to see this lovely ATC made by Anesha using the stamp.
Thanks for sharing Anesha.
See you soon,

More reader work
Hello all,
I spent all weekend landscaping my front garden this weekend, so no creations of my own to show you this week. Here are a couple of links to some lovely reader projects I came across:
Jo's work, inspired by Jenny Moors One of a Kind wallet project:
http://stampin-n-stuff.blogspot.com/2009/02/jennys-card-wallet.html
And Anesha's lovely ATC created with the free rose stamp from March issue:

Inspired by me (blushes...)
Hello
Oh dear, I have been a very bad blogger...been very busy at work since Xmas - that'll teach me to have two weeks leave!
Just had to show you this which has been done by Minxy - http://thealteredinker.blogspot.com/2009/01/magazine-inspiration.html.
It's based on my Book of Promises from the Feb issue and it's gorgeous. I love how Minxy has put her own identity firmly on the piece, which is quite different from my version.
Enjoy!
