New issue out Friday!

The July issue is out this Friday, 7th June. It's a holiday special, packed with gorgeous makes inspired by the seaside. And finally it looks like we have beach weather to go with it!

|In this issue, make your very own DIY stamps, get more from Metallic Distress Stains with Hels' fab Masterclass, create gorgeous layered backgrounds with embossing powder, make awesome wire springs and wings, and give your cards some shimmer with our cheap and cheerful tin foil techniques! Not to be missed I'd say!

  7. Got mine today and decided to order some things to make the Edwardian Book Box seeing as I have the Graphic 45 paper BUT when looking at Jo Sonja's paints as described in the magazine, there is no Blossom colour! Any chance someone like Katy could check and see what colour was actually used beside the Brown Madder please? desperately want to make this. Many thanks SLR

    1. Hi there
I'm glad you like the project! I've had this reply from Elizabeth about her project:
"I didn't realise the Jo Sonja paint Blossom was no longer available! However I have just spent a happy time mixing the almost exact match with Paper Artsy's Fresco Paints. Here is the recipe. Mix the following three Paper Artsy Fresco Paints - Nougat, Irish Cream and Autumn Fire - in the following proportions: Three parts Nougat plus One part Irish Cream plus One part Autumn Fire. I recommend measuring out the paint fairly accurately and also mixing very well. I also recommend mixing enough paint for the whole project because it's never easy to mix an exact replica."
      I really hope that helps?
      Best wishes
      Katy
