  1. I don't understand quite the rule about the winner needed to post its item?
What if it is in a journal?

    1. Hi Butterflycrafter,
The winners project is published in the magazine, over a two page spread with closeup pictures. We need to have the actual project in our studio so our photographer can take all the shots needed, unfortunately emailed jpegs are just not suitable for feature photos in the mag. This applies to all winning projects, no matter what they are. All projects are mailed back to the winner once photography has taken place, along with a complimentary copy of the magazine.

  2. Hi!

I've just found your blog and I would really love to participate to your challenges. However I'm a bit confused about the "originality" of the work one may post. For example I am currently working on a waterfall slider card. The paper combination, color combination and stamping are all my ideas, however I work based on a template (tutorial) made by somebody else (regarding the scoring, folding, manner of assembling the card). In this case, in your opinion, does my card count as original or not? Thanks in advance for your reply :)

    1. Hi Ana!
When we talk about originality, we are talking about the design of a project, not it's construction. So anything that has design features such as a specific colour scheme/embellishment or image placement/actual images used that have been scraplifted/CASED/shared from another persons project do not count as original. For example, there are lots of challenges whereby the idea is to CASE a project, i.e copy the placements and colour schemes of the example given. A great idea for starting the creative juices flowing, but not suitable as an entry in the TIMI challenge. A project construction however, forms the building blocks upon which you add your own designs, so things like waterfall cards, folded books, shadow boxes etc can be all completely original despite having the same starting piint. These are all perfect for the TIMI challenge. Hope that helps a little!

    1. Hello BBart,
You can use any stamps at all in your projects, from any stamp company.

  4. Hi...I just wonder,there is no specify,are digital stamps allowed????THX...Željka

    1. I mean...the main image is digital, and the sentiment is that combination OK???

    2. Hello, digi images are vety welcome, as long as polymer/rubber stamping has been used on the project as well!

  5. It was fun to play along and that too for the first time eith you. Hope to win

  6. I would like to enter but do not have a blog do I need one? Also where can I find the address?

    1. Hello Judy, our blog challenge uses a link up tool that requires the entrant to enter the URL of the entry. It doesn't need to be a blog, as long as your entry is published online somewhere, and you can link up the specific URL (a link that goes directly to the entry, not just a general link) then it will work!
We use the word 'blog' simply because 99% of our entries come from blogs. I'm not sure what you mean by address? only the design winner needs an address to actually send in the winning project, we send that out once the winner makes contact with us.Hope that helps!

  7. Hello, I would like to participate to an other challenge with the same entry I publish on your challenge but I don't have a personal blog so how can I do to included a clickable link back to your challenge ? Thanks you
