Fliss Goodwin for That's Crafty!

Good morning!
We were horrified to discover that we published an error in the text of the June issue of Craft Stamper. We have duplicated a materials list in our 3D Challenge feature, which meant that the stunning Chunkie by Fliss Goodwin was missing her list!
We would like to apologise to Fliss, That's Crafty! and all our readers for this oversight.

We thought it would make things a little better if we showed everyone the CORRECT list here today, along with the rest of the amazing 3D Challenge art created by Fliss.

SUBTITLE: Funky Poppies
By Fliss Goodwin

One of the things that always makes me think of summer is a field of glorious poppies, and so this was the
inspiration behind my project. I applied streaks of paint with my fingers for a grungy look which was great fun if
rather messy! I wanted to recreate that effect of the light you sometimes get on hot summer days, so went
rather dotty using a stencil with both paint and texture paste and stamping dots too! The poppy heads were
stamped separately on paper spritzed with ink sprays, as this meant I could shape them for some fabulous
dimension. Can you feel that summer heat?

Materials:
SUBSTRATES: That’s Crafty! 4x6 MDF Chunkie.
STAMPS: That’s Crafty! –– Flowers Collection Set 3; ATCoin Stamp Set 11. INKS: VersaFine Ink – Onyx Black.
OTHER: DecoArt Media Matte Medium; DecoArt Media Gloss Varnish; That’s Crafty! Multi Surface Paints;
That’s Crafty! Black Gesso; That’s Crafty! White Texture Paste; That’s Crafty! Flat Matte Sprays;
That’s Crafty! 7 x 7 Stencil – TC6007 Dotty; White Tissue Paper; Smooth Thick Cartridge Paper

Have a great weekend
